Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you're happy with your purchase. However, if your products arrived damaged. Then that's probably no the case. Please, allow us to help. In order to receive an exchange or refund as in store credit please read the following so we can help and assist you.
If your package is damaged and has holes broken through the box. Do not accept the package. Take pictures and tell the postal company to return the package to sender. A claim must be filed with the parcel delivery company to reimburse any and all damages(Which Inhale Bliss LLC will file and handle). We will ship your products back out at no additional charge, once we received the damage package and have taken inventory of the items inside.
However if you opened and accepted the package after acknowledging the package was severely damaged. You will be responsible for filing the insurance claim through the parcel delivery company. Please reach out to us if anything is damaged so we can help facilitate this process.
1. Show proof of damage. Please send a video of your package being opened as well as photos to our instagram @inhalebliss365 or Twitter @Inhale_bliss account for customer service.
2. Send us your order number and email to receive a return label. Seconds, thirds etc. quality products are not acceptable as damaged or returnable. If you would like better pictures or videos of your purchase before completing your online transaction. Please reach out to the social media accounts to request more info for a more personable experience.
3. We will ship a replacement or authorize a refund via in store credit. If the replacement is unavailable or if you would like to exchange for different items. Only after receiving the original products.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (72) hours of the received date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges and 35% restocking fee or $25 restocking fee. Whichever is greater.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:
124 13th Ave South Nampa, ID 83651 United States Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. The RMA tracking number will be available in your email to follow. We will follow up with you via email or phone call to update you with the next process of your return/exchange.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned:

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
● A 35% or $25 restocking fee(whichever is greater) will be charged for all returns.
● If items are used and or shipped/returned dirty a restocking fee of up to 70% of total transaction will be charged. If fines are imposed by parcel service or if items are impounded. The fees will be passed to the customer for sending dirty and used items back to Inhale Bliss warehouse or company store location. Customer agrees to take full financial responsibility for any court fees, attorney fees and fines.
